1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and requesting services from JML Premier Painting LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes and estimates provided by JML Premier Painting LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise an estimate if the scope of work changes significantly or if unforeseen structural/surface issues are discovered during the project.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. JML Premier Painting LLC provides a workmanship guarantee on all residential and commercial painting projects. This covers peeling and blistering due to defective workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, structural defects, moisture damage, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project agreement. Generally, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and your final walkthrough satisfaction.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
